About Me
Dr.  Benjamin Billingsley is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT). He works with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and mood disorders, as well as couples dealing with relationship difficulties.

Dr. Billingsley received his BA in Psychology from Yale University and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University.  During graduate school he trained at the Rutgers Anxiety Disorders Clinic providing exposure based treatments for anxiety disorders and OCD. He then completed his pre-doctoral internship at Boston VA Medical Center, where he completed rotations in the General Mental Health Clinic, PTSD Clinic, and a yearlong training within Primary Care Behavioral health working with veterans with eating disorders. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship at The Concord Center. 

In addition to seeing clients in his private practice, Dr. Billingsley currently works as a staff psychologist and Instructor in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
