I typically meet with clients once per week for 45 minutes, however we may meet more or less frequently depending on their needs.
How much do sessions cost?
My rate is $250 for a 45-minute individual therapy session and $280 for a 60-minute couples therapy session.
Do you take insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but I will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
Do you provide both telehealth and in-person sessions?
I see clients via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and in-person in my office in Lexington.
Is the information we speak about confidential?
Everything we speak about is confidential unless I believe you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else. Then I am required by law to break confidentiality. Please see the linked Privacy Notice for further information.
